I'm Muslimin 'Mosh' Ontong, a full-stack developer from Davao, Philippines. I build cross-platform mobile and desktop apps with Flutter and web platforms with Laravel and React — from POS systems and booking platforms to an election monitoring system used during the 2025 Philippine national elections.

I've deployed projects nationally for CHED and COMELEC in the Philippines — including SIKAP, the national scholarship application platform. Beyond building software, I teach mobile development part-time — helping the next generation of developers get started.

    Full-time, on-site in Davao. Shipped national systems including SIKAP ROLLOUT (scholarship applications), CHRDROXI mobile apps, and the UIC ITE Showcase CHED ONSE mobile app.

  2. Jun 2024 — May 2025

    Full-stack Developer · Miru · COMELEC

    Freelance, remote. Built a monitoring system for detecting and reporting defective Automated Counting Machines (ACMs) for the May 2025 Philippine national elections in partnership with MIRU Systems. On Election Day, ~1,900 users used the app for real-time ACM defect monitoring and escalation.
